Centrifugal humidifier
Practical and flexible solution!
Adiabatic humiDisk humidifying system is energy saving, universal and easy in installation and operation. The humidifier, thanks to centrifugal force caused by a rotating disk, sprays water into a mist of tiny droplets that can be easily absorbed by water. The humidifier can be used in small warehouse rooms and also in large industrial facilities.
In particular, they are used in:
- rooms for storing products as fruit and vegetables, where moisture reduction can cause a loss of weight and product spoilage;
- printing houses where humidity must be kept at a certain level in order to prevent variations in paper size and the consequential printing irregularities;
- textile sector where maintenance of appropriate humidity level is a critical factor for the run of production processes and for textile materials being processed and also due to a necessity of dissipation of heat generated by weaving machines.
Humidifying capacity may be easily adjusted in the range from 1.5 l/h to 5 l/h by the replacement of the fixing ring located by the suction taper.
Cleaning cycles
In order to prevent algae and bacteria growth, the humidifier has a special activation system when the device is out of operation. The system enables discharge of unused water and drying of vessel interior by means of a heater.
Antifrosting system
Humidifier is fitted with a 250 W resistor that ensures correct operation of the device even if the ambient temperature goes below 0°C and helps avoid problems with frosting.
Air filter
In the bottom part of the device there is a filter that acts as dust collector; it can be easily replaced during maintenance.
Control panel
The humidifier control system consists of a control panel and IR32W4 humidistat. One or two humidifiers can be combined together to achieve humidifying capacity up to 10 l/h.
Variable humidifying direction
Thanks to the rotating atomiser body, the direction of humidifying with atomised water can be adjusted in the range of 360 degrees.
Installation
The humidifier is installed as described below:
wall-mounting: with a use of special fixing elements supplied together with the device which allow humidifier mounting on the wall;
roof-mounting: with a use of chains or metal ropes attached to special fixtures so that the minimum distance of the humidifier from the roof equals 1000 mm.
